An addition to an existing manufacturing building which added two production lines and an estimated 100 new jobs to the Oswego area.

5,000 ton concrete mixing plant is the largest industrial job S&R Enterprises has erected to date

Smaller of the two jobs for this facility, the Coal Mill Building consisted of a large steel structure with duct work installed by S&R Enterprises.

The new hospital boast a state of the art Surgical System, a new emergency department, and a two story Woman’s Center.

GSK is a multinational pharmaceutical and consumer health care company that needed S&R to build a two floor addition to  their Collegeville campus.

A 600 ton three-floor addition to the national medical center

A joint venture consisting of 2600 tons of steel was used to build this new addition to the historic hospital. 

An impressive hospital consisting of just over 3300 tons of structural steel that S&R Enterprises erected to build a state of the art 242,000sf five floor hospital. 

This new mass transit line will run from the existing DC transit through Tyson’s Corner out toward Herndon, VA. Five new stations with eight connecting pavilions will be constructed with complex architetural steel.

Central Utility plant that feeds the massive National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Main Building at the North Campus East Location.

Technical Center built in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia

A 12 floor building that was completed a month ahead of sceduel located in downtown Richmond, VA

A new movie theater that was built on top on an exsisting parking garage at a shopping mall. 

This multi-billion dollar resort scheduled to be completed in 2014 will include a golf course, water park, and conference center.
