With the recent hiring of our new Risk Manager Bill Odoms and his several years of construction experience, he brings a fresh approach to how to achieve our safety goals and create a thriving safety culture here at S&R Enterprises. 

Every manager at S&R Enterprises has read Safety 24/7 and has participated in one our company’s “Safety Workshops” which focuses on the core concepts of the book and shapes the 6 core beliefs of our program.
